What Endpoint Protection product is being offered?
Malwarebytes EDR Product (EDR). EDR is the world’s leading full suite malware detection, protection, and remediation product that enables Operational EDR to keep devices working.
It provides extended detection along the attack chain and enables fast, effective operations. It stops and remove all known malware and viruses and reports instantly back to Malwarebytes and CIS (who the customer is registered under as the licensed EDR provider).
Who is the provider?
Cyber Indemnity Solutions (CIS) is a partner of Malwarebytes in California for Australia.

New statement of facts:
- Your last completed financial years annual turnover including that of your Subsidiaries did not exceed $10,000,000; and
- Your business activities including that of your Subsidiaries do not include the following: real time trading systems, multiple ticketing platforms, crypto assets, games development, adult entertainment online dating services, gambling, social media, software as a service (SaaS), payment processor, nuclear or similar power utilities, information technology hosting services; and
- You have a privacy policy in place governing your collection of private data and/or Personal Information in accordance with the Australian Privacy Principles (APP’s) under the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth); and
- You have anti-malware software installed and enabled on all endpoint devices such as desktops, laptops and servers (excluding database servers) and it is updated at least daily; and
- You, or your IT outsourced service provider, have a patch management policy in place that enables you to implement critical patches within 30 days; and
- You have a firewall installed on all external gateways, automatic system updates switched on and active; and
- You or your cloud hosting provider, back-up your critical data at least once per month and store these back-ups in a location that is separate from your physical premises e.g. segregated from your network. You have also tested your backup recovery and can recover all your business critical data and systems within ten (10) days; and
- You have implemented multi-factor authentication (MFA) for all users with remote access (such as Remote Access Protocol and Office 365) to the Computer Network; and
- You have not suffered any claim, loss or penalties/fines levied against you in the last five (5) years, in relation to the insurance that this Policy relates to; and
- You are not aware of any circumstances or complaints against you in relation to data protection or security, or any actual security violations or security breaches either currently or in the past five (5) years.
