There are multiple ways to create a quote on Powered by Agile depending on how you want to interact with the customer. It's important to remember that Powered by Agile has been designed to remove friction costs so you can focus on the the more complex risks.
Using the referral link
You can send the referral link directly to the customer so they can complete the quote and bind process with their credit card. In this scneario:
- The customer enters their own risk information
- The customer configures the policy to suit their own requirements (at this stage the quote appears in your dashboard)
- The customer confirms they've read and understood the terms and conditions of their policy and their duty of disclosure
- The customer enters their credit card and completes the purchase
- Documentation is emailed within one minute to the customers email address
- The policy shows up in your dashboard with your relevant commission
Creating a quote within the portal
There are two ways to kick off a quote, through the button in the navigation on the left-hand side or going to the product and clicking Create a quote. This will take you to the quote form for the relevant product.
Adding personal details
Once the quote parameters have been entered you can review the quote and enter personal details. This is where you have multiple options based on how you want to interact with the customer.
- Edit quote
This will take you back a step to adjust the quote parameters. - Email link to the customer
This will allow you to email the quote to the customer who will then be able to review it and complete the purchase of the policy. - Download PDS
This allows you to download the PDS that is current for the timestamp you're quoting for the customer. - Create quote PDF
At any time you can Create a PDF and then download it so you can send it to the customer. - Save progress
When you make a small change to the quote you can Save progress and then download the PDF of the quote.
Confirming and binding
Once the customer is ready to proceed you have two options on how to proceed.
- Confirm and pay now
This takes you to the credit card payment option. You may want to do this if you're visiting a customer and com - Bind and generate schedule
